If you have an existing document and image that you want to convert into PDF, the first step is to create a PDF document using the original document. Within the Create PDF window, click the Create PDF button and choose the document you wish to convert into a PDF. Click Save to save the document as a PDF. The Create PDF wizard will be displayed after you make a PDF using Microsoft Word. Follow the steps provided by the wizard and save the document as a PDF.

Printer Properties To add custom paper to your printer click on the Print button on the main menu. The Print dialog box will appear.click the Select button, then click on the option for Custom Paper Type. In the Select Location field, type in the page number you want the custom-made paper to appear. In the Target Directory field, type the name of the folder in which you would like your custom paper to appear. Click OK to complete setting up your printer.
o Digital Printing Select the arrow that is next to to Printable items in the Properties panel. Select the option to request custom printing in the Print Options panel.
O Matte finish: Matte is the traditional finish for printed papers. The paper is given a flat look so that it is more easy to read. While it’s not the most durable finish, it is dependable for printing on thick stock. However, since the matte finish is not backed with a protective coating, so the signs printed on paper, so they will show wear more quickly. If the printout from a matte image is bright enough, it may show smudges and streaks in your text.
o Environprint paper signs: Environprint paper signs are a specialty type of custom-designed paper printing for signs. Signs can be printed both sides and with the top and bottom being sewn together. They are woven, which provides the best protection against abrasion and fade.
Fax option: Faxing from a Fax requires that you tick the option Fax. Some printers are not able to automatically detect the feature, so be sure to check yours. o Customized paper size Some printers automatically adjust the size of the paper based on what you specify. Some do not; so check your printer properties.
